Welcome!
I've wanted to get in shape and learn more about eating right, excercise, supplements, and anything else that comes along with being healthier in body, mind and spirit for a long time. Unfortunately I have lacked motivation and in talking with friends and family, they have too! So I thought I would try to put something together to help us all. I haven't quite figured it all out yet, but I hope that this will turn out to be helpful to everyone and help them reach whatever goals they may have. Good luck to you all!!!
Additionally it was brought to my attention that a prize may help to increase motivation. We will set a date and some parameters and whoever wins will get the prize. If you would like to participate in this, please give $5 to Darden.

How to...
So for now, I think we will have to enter our information individually. (I will need to add anyone that wants to participate in as an administrator and you will have to create an account... I think.) Under the heading of "work out," each time you excercise enter what you did. Hopefully, this will encourage everyone to do a little bit more!
